Starting a personal injury lawsuit? Consider this…

  • The status of a defendant's insurance situation can determine whether or not you will actually be able to receive the compensation you are seeking.

  • It can often be forgotten to gather your own evidence in support of your lawsuit. Take notes and pictures to help support your case.ion text goes here

  • As with many things in life, the longer you wait the harder it gets. It also takes time to settle a personal injury lawsuit. Start sooner to finish sooner.

Many preconceived notions can lead a person to not file a claim when they should, losing out on potential compensation for accrued costs of injuries and damages.

Don’t be that person. We will provide you a free consultation to help determine if your case is worth pursuing.

Estate Planning

Wills vs. Trusts: What's the Difference?

  • A will can only govern the disposition of property owned in your sole name at the time of your death, including interests you might have in property such as a tenancy in common.

  • A Living Trust can own real estate, personal property, life insurance policies and other property and distribute that property according to your wishes provided the property was legally transferred into the trust.

Probate

Navigating the probate process can be overwhelming, especially during a time of loss.  At Barbaro & Bertalmio Law, LLC, we provide compassionate and efficient legal guidance to help settle your loved one’s estate.

Our experienced attorneys handle all aspects of probate, including filing necessary documents, resolving disputes, and ensuring the proper distribution of assets. Whether you’re an executor, beneficiary, or dealing with a contested estate, we are here to simplify the process and protect your interests.
